Our Story
This placed some fear in our heart and we decided to just keep it small and not pursue a growth path. We thought the way was to just grind it out and sell as many homes as we can. We thought just doing it ourselves was the correct path.
We found what is considered by most a high level of success by doing this. We were making well into six figures but something was missing. After a while the grind started to take it’s toll. We found ourselves in a place where what we do was just a job. We discovered we wanted more. We wanted the opportunity to impact more lives.
We wanted more of a reason than just a healthy income. We knew something had to give. On September 19th 2019 it all changed. We decided to take the plunge and leave the real estate company we had been with for 11 years and join eXp Realty. The companies platform allowed us to experience immediate growth. We also ran into Kinder Reese Coaching after searching for help to take on our growth opportunity.
We have been able to restructure our business and have a clear path to success. We have a clear vision and are working every day for something bigger than ourselves. We are working every day to build a tribe that grows together.
Our team works closely together each day to grow personally,grow our business, and create true balance.We are balanced in faith, family, health, and business. We have a clear path and hold each other accountable. We have discovered accountability is a form of care and love. We push each other to enjoy a true quality of life. We support each other. Our vision is clear and we realize there is no limit to our growth. There is so much more!
Through our struggles, and successes, we have formed a path that is rewarding to our teammates, our clients, and everyone we work with. We understand now that every day is a day of taking measured steps through a proven business plan that can ultimately take us higher than ever before imagined.
